We highly recommend the Pruitt Team. They went above and beyond any other agents we've ever had. When we decided to move back to the Nashville area from Florida, we sent an email to several agents we found online. Linda and Jamie were the first to respond and sent several listings by email within a few hours. Ultimately we decided to build in Mt Juliet and they were with us every step of the way. Since we were still out of state, they visited the property numerous times and even FaceTimed us more than once so we could see the progress. The Pruitt Team are very detailed oriented, think outside the box, and follow through on everything, from the contract through closing and afterwards!
